If you were to create Windows8

If you were the Project Manager on Windows8 team, what features would you include? Here are mine:

1. First of all, i would include many third party applications right out of the box, like Winrar and Paint.net2.
   
2. Make is less power hungry. It works fast even on hardware from 2010.
   
3. Awesome graphics user experience like Compiz fusion of Linux.
   

What are yours?

1. Decent IE.
2. Make it as less buggy as possible
3. Awesome Theme, one that doesn't make you get bored. And maybe official windows themes that change everything?
